Recognitions and Accomplishments:

  • Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of NC - 9th Annual 2008 Showcase for the Cure Home, a 1.6 million dollar home built by Thomas Gipson Homes, Inc. in Wake Forest, NC. It gives Interior Concepts great pride to once again participate in the showcase home to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I truly enjoy applying my design experience in support of this worthy cause which benefits children and adults in our quest for a cure. While bringing together a contemporary style with a traditional touch, the kitchen and breakfast nook design truly reflect the theme for this space, "the heart of the home". (May 2008)
  • Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of NC - 7th Annual 2006 Showcase for the Cure Home was built by Silver Crest Homes, a two million dollar home to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in Raleigh, NC. Interior Concepts, with the partnership of another designer, took pleasure in participating in this year's project. This is Interior Concepts 3rd annual home project and I had the privilege of once again contributing my design ideas to complement the overall theme of the house. The design project consisted of the study, adjoining hallway and powder room. A silent auction and gala event followed the completion of the home where a percentage of the proceeds goes to the society. (September / October 2006)
